What are the safety regulations for the operation of industrial gas burners?
The main fuel for industrial gas burners can be divided into combustible gases such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and urban gas. These are flammable and explosive dangerous gases. Safety must be highly valued during use and storage, otherwise major safety accidents may occur.
To ensure the safety of debugging operations, some operating standards for gas burners have been formulated, as follows:
1、 There are three aspects to inspect before debugging the gas burner:
1. Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve is open.
2. Is there any pipeline leakage and is the pipeline installation reasonable.
3. Bleed the air from the pipeline in front of the air valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline. At the same time, the exhaust pipe should be connected to the outside.
2、 Internal inspection of gas burners by boiler burner manufacturers
1. Is the combustion head of the burner installed and adjusted properly.
2. Is the motor rotating in the correct direction.
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. Conduct a cold simulation of the burner based on the circuit conditions, observe whether all parts of the equipment are normal, and whether the flame detection and protection parts are normal.
3、 Debugging of gas burners
1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is smooth, and whether the external power supply is in place.
2. Adjust the burner load to low load, and adjust the ignition position accordingly to low load. Turn off the high load ignition to observe the flame situation, and adjust the servo motor or damper according to the flame situation
4、 Precautions for Gas Engine Debugging and Maintenance
1. When the gas burner cannot be ignited again continuously, it should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal, whether the circuit wiring of the boiler burner manufacturer is correct, and after restarting the burner to solve the problem.
2. It is strictly prohibited to strike or rub the gas supply pipeline with a wrench or metal rod to avoid static electricity, sparks, and gas explosion.
3. Smoking, welding, cutting, and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited on the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.
4. It is strictly prohibited to conduct any open flame tests near pipelines, valve blocks, and pressure regulating valves to avoid major accidents.
5. Test the gas supply pipeline for fuel, usually using a gas low-pressure meter.
6. The gas supply pipeline has been evacuated, but there are residual gases or droplets on the pipe wall. If encountering static sparks and open flames, it can also cause combustion and explosion.
7. When the air supply pipeline is already ventilated and the valve group malfunctions, disassembly is necessary. Firstly, the front main valve of the valve group must be cut off before the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group can be discharged, and then the valve group can be disassembled and repaired.
8. In debugging work, gas usage must be serious, safe, and efficient.
9. The use of non explosion-proof electric tools is prohibited on site.
10. Before using the leak detection device, the valve cover must be inspected.
