What are the reasons and treatment methods for insufficient ignition capacity of the burner? How should we maintain it on weekdays?
1. The excessive opening of the burner damper or the excessive opening of the chimney baffle results in an excessive amount of air entering the furnace, making it difficult for the burner to ignite.
The treatment method is to reduce the opening of the burner's air door and chimney baffle, and then adjust the air door and baffle to the appropriate opening.
When the fuel oil force is greater than the atomization steam pressure, the burner is not easy to ignite.
The treatment method is to adjust the fuel pressure to about 98kPa lower than the atomization steam pressure.
3. Daily maintenance.
1) Keep each surface clean regularly.
2) When the equipment is stopped, each rotation of the quick opening blind plate (flange cover) should be lubricated in a timely manner according to regulations, and the screws of the opening and closing parts should be coated with lubricating grease. Other parts should also be coated with lubricating grease as much as possible. For areas that cannot be greased, 10 # or 20 # engine oil can be injected.
4. Maintenance during operation.
1) It is recommended that the operator be responsible for the daily maintenance of the equipment.
2) Regularly keep the surface of the equipment clean.
3) Monitor the differential pressure gauge reading at any time, and when the pressure difference reaches 0.02Mpa, rinse the filter element.
5. Inspection cycle.
1) The regular inspection of this equipment must be strictly carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of the "Capacity Regulations".
2) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment at least once a year. Although the measurement of equipment wall thickness requires non-destructive testing of the pressure welds of the equipment every two years. All tests. The test results should be recorded in the technical file of the equipment.
3) When there is pressure inside the equipment, no maintenance should be carried out. Maintenance under special circumstances. The provisions of Article 122 must be strictly followed.
6. Maintenance during equipment parking.
1) When parking the equipment, the liquid inside the equipment should be discharged.
2) Close all valves.
3) Thoroughly clean the surface of the equipment.
4) Apply anti grease to all rotating parts.
5) Cover all equipment with canvas to prevent dirt from depositing on the surface of the equipment.
