1、 Working principle

3、 Precautions
1. The methanol content used in the methanol burner is a minimum of 5 kilograms and a maximum of 50 kilograms, which is equivalent to a minimum rated power of 50000 kcal and a maximum of 400000 kcal. In fact, its output is related to the heating of alcohol based liquid fuel. Simply put, an oil fired boiler refers to an industrial boiler that can both fuel and gas. There used to be no such dual fuel industrial boilers because the burners were neither fuel nor gas, and there were no dual fuel burners. But with the rapid development of global electromechanical products, some European countries have gradually produced and sold industrial boilers that combine fuel burners, dual fuel burners, and industrial boilers, forming a new type of industrial boiler - fuel natural gas boilers.
Hot air boilers are thermal power equipment that were gradually promoted and used in China in the late 1970s. They have become a substitute for electric heat sources and traditional steam power heat sources in many manufacturing industries. Methanol burners are mainly used in various mechanical and electrical equipment, such as asphalt heating conductive furnaces, food ovens, air conditioning heaters, snow removal machines, incinerators, hot air generators, etc. As long as the diesel tank and pipelines are replaced with methanol resistant storage tanks and pipelines, it has multiple uses, but the cost is not high, and it is undoubtedly loved by everyone.
