Scaling, corrosion, burner blockage, impurities and other problems of the boiler are the main reasons for the abnormal operation of the condensing boiler and burner. The hardness components in the water, after continuous evaporation and concentration at high temperature and high pressure, will eventually produce scale or rust in the boiler, which is the main reason for boiler scale and water wall corrosion. This will lead to a decrease in the heat absorption of the boiler water-cooled wall chamber, an increase in the boiler furnace outlet temperature, an increase in the boiler loss, and a decrease in the heat transfer effect. It may also lead to an increase in the water-cooled wall wall temperature, resulting in a tube explosion of the water-cooled wall, which will directly affect the safe operation of the boiler.
The burners used in condensing boilers generally use liquid and gas injection as the combustion mode, making fuel injection smooth and ignition a necessary condition. Four fault points are summarized, namely, the ignition rod does not ignite, the ignition rod has sparks but does not ignite, the fuel injection intensity is increased, the fuel is extinguished or flickers unstable, and the burner noise is large. The causes of these problems are different.
The reasons why the igniter of the condensing boiler burner does not ignite include: crack blockage, moisture, electric leakage, inconsistent distance between the igniters, skin damage, short circuit, etc. These reasons are due to improper operation and no regular maintenance. This fault is easy to handle, as long as the natural gas boiler burner is cleaned, renewed, replaced, and the distance between the igniters is adjusted.
In addition, the ignition rod of the combustion engine of the condensing boiler has sparks, which means that it can't ignite. The main reasons are blockage, poor ventilation, too small setting angle of the damper, improper distance between the tip of the ignition rod and the leading edge of the oil nozzle, blockage of the solenoid valve of the first oil gun by sundries, blockage of the filter screen of the oil pump itself, and high water content in the oil, etc. This solution is relatively troublesome, which can be solved by cleaning, replacing, debugging, and testing the burner of the condensing boiler.
